I wanna make a website where you sign in and can mail other users of that website but i dont know how, i signed up for microsoft office live website builder so how do i make my web sign in compatable? HELP

NO free website will allow you to include a log-in system: you need server-side scripts and database.
MS office may give you that right, but writing the code is NOT a trivial matter, nor is creating an email system on your site!
The solution? Paying for it… or code it yourself.
You could present your request with rentacoder.com or getafreelancer.com, but you will still end-up paying for it.
