Question by Christy P: What is a good site to make free webpages?
I’d like to make a website but don’t really like the way yahoo has the frame thingie. I don’t mind a banner on the page, but no annoying pop ups. A website that is reliable and is never or hardly never down for repairs or anything and offers good amount of space.
