Q&A: What’s another free website maker besides freewebs?
Question by Carly: What’s another free website maker besides freewebs?
Hi everyone! I have a freewebs website, but I’d like to make another website. Is there another free website builder website like freewebs (you know, where they help you make your website and do the html codes and stuff for you)? Thanks! Please help!

I thought freewebs was the best as far as free webs
I used free hosting for a while but came to realize that it is free for a reason. They make their money off pop ups and advertising. I fugured why go free and deal with all the hassle when I can get hosting for 1 dollar a month.
I use the 3 dollar package because it gives you the online web builder so I do not have to do the programming
BUT if you choose a dollar a month package then
godaddy.com – 9.99 a year for a domain
1 dollar a month for hosting
so your cost for a site with your own name with no pop ups is 22.00 a year
I say this because of the freebies that they offer.
Message boards, Blogs, Private pages and you do not have to know how to program.

Hi there, Hope I can help you..
First, a really good website builder that I use is weebly.com They have free hosting as well.
There are a couple of more free ones, but they often let you put your website out there for like 30 days, then they ask for money to continue showing your website.

Some free stand alone website builders:

Then there is those web 2.0 content sites you can use:

I hope this helps you a little..
Take care!
