Question by Michele Williams: Is there a free website builder similar to geocities for mac?
i need to create a website, and i really like the “drag and drop” interface of yahoo/geocities pagebuilder. however, they have discontinued it. can anyone point me in the direction of a free website editor/builder that is simple to use and compatible with a mac?

Please, not one of those template ones where you just fill in your text, etc. i’d like to start from a blank page.

You can try http://wix.com . It’s an online flash sitebuilder and you can drag and drop absolutely everything to have it just the way you want it.
