If you do not know HTML coding, you can use software suchas MS Word or Publisher, or you can visit some free web hosting sites, they usually help you build a site.

Well, it depends on what you want to do with a web site. There are many sites that host websites for free. Or you could go to a place like MySpace and build it with help there. If you want to start from scratch – you would have to understand at least HTML to build it. There are also programs out there that aid you in making a web site. So, it really depends on what you want to do and how you want to do it.

There are loads of software that you can use to build a site, without having any idea abut html,cgi or perl scripting.
one which is the best I have seen is web pagemaker v2. you can also sign upto places like http://www.sdhinternet.co.uk, althought they advertise 3 packages, they will build one to suit your needs. chaeck it out…
