I want to build a website from “scratch” using Microsoft publisher 07 and I’m wondering what’s a good affordable hosting site that will let me upload my created site!? And how do I go about doing so!?

WARNING!!!!
FrontPage is the world’s WORSE web editor. WordPad, Word, Publisher and even the infamous FrontPage should NEVER be used for web pages. They guarantee that your web pages will NOT be cross-browser compatible because of all the Microsoft Schema code it adds. Only IE and Maxthon understand this code.
Free and paid hosting sites all allow you to upload your own pages. Very few force you to use their templates or designs.

When you build your own website using publisher, you can upload it to a web host that allows FTP. You can try polarwebhost to host it for you. A little bit expensive than the others but very reliable and fast.
